Presentation Information

Oral Presentations

You can use your own computer or load your file into our computer for your presentation.  Please pass your computer or USB to our staffs at wing of the stage before your session as early as possible.  In case you use our computer (Windows or Mac OSX), only Microsoft PowerPoint is available.

For invited speakers, the presentation time is 25 min talk + 5 min discussion
For poster-oral speakers, the presentation time is 10 min talk + 5 min discussion (8 min talk + 3 min discussion only for Session III).

Poster Presentations

Please prepare your poster at a size of 841 mm wide x 1189 mm high (A0 size). We will provide pins for mounting your posters.
The posters will be displayed throughout the workshop at the entrance hall of conference venue (Kurashiki Geibunkan). Each poster is numbered. Your poster number is shown in the abstract book or website (http://www.iwpmb2013.jp).  Mount your poster at the assigned number upon arrival.

The core time for discussion is as follows:
  Odd numbers: Thursday, March 28, 14:00-15:30
  Even numbers: Friday, March 29, 14:00-15:30

Please stand in front of your poster during core time.

Remove your poster before 13:00 (1 PM) on Sunday, March 31, 2013.
